- Assistance in working with municipal authorities on your behalf regarding requirements for the Certificate of Occupancy.
- Inspection of your property on a regular basis, if left vacant.

- Preparation of all closing documents once your property is sold.
- Accompany you to the closing to assure proper execution of documents and a smooth termination of the transaction.
